I'd probably go for a cat around the same age. My preference would be male, but I've had male/male female/female in the past and it's been ok. Suppose it depends on the cat. I wouldn't get one until few weeks after her op. Just to give her time to recover and not feel threatened by coming home to a strange cat in her house. CM |

i was also going to say the same age-ish or a little younger & male also look at the personailtys, if she is mega outgoing & playful get a kitten who is the same, if she is very laidback get a middle of the road cat not one that will jump all over her etc .... cant wait for pics! |
