photo trouble

I haven't been on photobucket for ages

Went on there to load pics & keep getting an error message about java?

I can't load my pics.

Any help appreciated

Smudgley, are you using the old uploader or the new one? I use the old one, don't have Java, and I've had no problems ......

I don't really know which one it is. I can see the site has been updated since I last used it, but I can't see anywhere saying upload photo. The only thing I can find is bulk uploader & that is where I get the java error message. I don't even understand the message so I have little chance of putting it right

Will e-mail the photos to you now Mags. Just post a selection if you don't want to post them all.

Mags - I've sent the first few, then realised you may have changed your e-mail address as a I seem to remember you chnging provider?

Now it won't let me log onto the site.

SO I have opened up another account with photobucket. All new & ready to go.
Can someone tell me how I load the photos please?
All I can see is a bulk loader option & that's where it says Java Error message?

I think there's an option for using the old uploader on P'bucket Smudgley - have a look?
Or maybe you should update your Java? Sounds like you may have an old version of that

If you want to give PB a try, look underneath the box where it says Upload Images & Video .......... click on old uploader - hopefully that is what you are looking for..
