Wednesday's thread.

YAWN....pardon me. Another 2.5 hours work for me then I shall trot home to bed. I pray I get more sleep today ready for hours of fireworks and a distressed Millie tonight.

Been putting it off but need to collect Willow's ashes from the vets. I'm dreading it to be honest and although time is a healer and my new boy Merlin is a wonderful fella, My heart is still aching for my gorgeous girl Willow.

Mmmm could do with a bacon butty with lots of HP sauce?

Re: Wednesday's thread.

Morning! I've not written on one of these in ages lol. Well, I'm knackered after staying up until 1am trying to watch the elections. Finally gve up and went to bed. Diving for the remote as soon as I woke up.

Nothing planned for today, except trying to get my house into some sort of order, and write out a Christmas list so that I can get one or two items a week. Hope you all have a good day.

Yawn from me too. Watched far too much of the election coverage last night. Brain isn't working too well yet, so I'll return later when the cogs are fitting together a bit better.

Re: Wednesday's thread.

Well, what a morning. Sebi spent the night in bed with us (restless night for everyone apart from Sebi ), as did Myshka on the top of the pillow. It's only in the morning I realised that there was poo all over the bed linen; Myshka's got upset tummy aswell

Then I got downstairs and he's spread poo all over the kitchen floor and himself. So I had to change the bed covers, wash the kitchen floor and stick the rear end of the cat in the shower. And all this between feeding the boys' their breakfast and getting myself ready.

Then Sebi got really, really upset at nursery . . . I was actually worried about leaving him but I've got so much work to do that it wasn't possible to either bring him home or stay there with him.

I hope the day gets better from here on in

Oh Yola - I so sympathise - what a start to the day. Hope it does get better.

Matron - it is very sad about your dear Willow, but just think that you're bringing her home. Will you get a nice little cat shaped casket or put her ashes to rest in her favourite place in the garden? Do you know, after all my resolutions about putting Smudge's ashes in her favourite place she is still here with me in the study!

Have a good day off Kazz - you'll do something amazing, I know!

Catsey quiz tonight peeps - please come along. Pinklizzy is quizmistress tonight.

Oh Yola! To quote from a topical song, adopted by the politicians "Things can only get better!"
If you have a second, do you think you could find the thread (from ages ago) where you posted pics of the caskets of your 'dear departed'? Matron might feel happier if she can bring Willow home in a little wooden feline form.

Re: Wednesday's thread.

Afternoon all! Sorry to hear of the awful start to the day Yola, I really hope it picks up and your fortunes reverse with lots of nice things happening to you to make up for the bad start!

Dylan Moran was brilliant last night, haven't laughed so hard in ages. But I came into work feeling quite 'down' and am finding it hard to feel happy and perky. I don't like being down in the dumps, think it's just the subconcious stress of all the work and so little time.

Hope everyone has a good day! If I haven't replied to any threads or comments I'm sorry! Just been so busy lately don't have time to catch up properly...
