Re: New Year Resolutions

Mine is quite simple, I am going to do what I want this year, instead of everyone telling me what they want me to do!

Re: New Year Resolutions

I don't really make them other than to say I resolve not to make them and of course to enjoy everything I do.

Re: New Year Resolutions

Just the usual . . . lose weight i'm going to cancel the gym membership I have as their endless text messages are annoying me. We have a Curves opening shortly close to me so will try that. The idea of a 1/2 hour session appeals

I am seriously considering saving from my copywriting work for a tummy tuck. The rest of me isn't too bad but the post-kiddie flabby tummy is really getting me down.

Moli, I think your resolution is brilliant. I'm working on that a little too and slowly, slowly catchy monkey in this case

Re: New Year Resolutions

I actually felt motivated to make some this year, as in all other years I've never really felt unhappy enough about anything to change anything.

Firstly, I'm going to cook at least 3 dinner meals a week. My OH used to be a chef for a lovely Italian restaurant, and as such makes wonderful dinners. I have enjoyed his home-made meals everything for the 6 months we've lived together, but have been a bit frustrated at my lack of input in the kitchen, and I'm sure he would appreciate the break. So that's resolution number 1 And I've already made a few dinners!

Resoultion 2: to do what really makes me happy. I've yet to work out what this is, but these past 8 months or so I've felt unsettled and unfulfilled in what I'm doing, and I don't know if this is job-wise, relationships-wise, hobby-wise, but I'm going to throw myself at lots of things and see if any improve my general well-being and mood

I like everyone elses Hopefully we'll all be happy bunnies in a few months time.
