Snow pics March 2nd

Looking left from the porch steps ...

Across the street view ..

Officially at the airport we got 6 inches; think it was more like 4 1/2 - 5 here. Nasty wet snow, hard to shovel! Hurry Spring!!

Corks! That's proper snow Eileen and looks SO COLD! Seems as if our Scottish people may be getting some of that over the next few days.

It looks very cold and miserable. As you said - roll on spring.

Definitely cold, definitely miserable! And I thought we had dodged the bullet this Winter, only a couple of light dustings previously. And it won't make it above freezing for the next day or so, so the wretched stuff won't melt!

It looks very picturesque Eileen but not very nice to venture out in...

Re: Snow pics March 2nd

I thought of you Eileen when I saw our political reporter, Adam Boulting, doing a presentation from Washington (I've found out why we keep seeing him now - he's covering Obama's first 100 days and is doing a daily report)
The snow was thrashing down, if snow can thrash; it didn't look very nice at all.
Hope it'll be better today

Brrrrr Brrrrrrrrrb it looks really cold, and wet there it does look very picturesque though, we are meant to be getting some more snow and cold spells over the next few days, hopefully they won`t have to close any schools this time .

Lovely pics. I rather do like the snow but now it's March, I am rather excited that Spring/summer are on their way
