Happy Mothering Sunday

Morning all!

Another lovely sunny day here, I'm getting quite used to this...

I hope Mothers everywhere are enjoying a little bit of spoiling today. I'll be going out for a Mother's Day meal with my family later, really looking forward to it

My thoughts and sympathy goes to the young sons and family of Jade Goody, who sadly passed away this morning.....

Have a lovely day everyone....

Re: Happy Mothering Sunday

Afternoon all,

Im still ill, my throat has gone better but my nose is still blocked and i cant keep my eyes open, im tired but cant sleep, pffft.

Ive been to work and have been waiting to get on the computer for 4 hours, my dad booked flights to Spain (Barcelona) this morning but then realised there wasn't anywhere that they wanted to stay near by (you have to travel like an hour to get to the beach) anyway my parents have found some where and are going there in 5 days time lol.

Off out at later tonight for a meal. its partly cloudy here today and windy.

Have a nice mothering Sunday people.

Re: Happy Mothering Sunday

Happy Mothers Day, all! Still a bit chilly, 9 degrees, but beautifully sunny and will warm up later, they say. To the market, and the first fresh peas of the season are in! I really love fresh peas, been a long time since I had them last, They, broiled salmon cake and au gratin potatoes for dinner tonight. My non-fragrant mahonia is blooming; other than the weather and gardening, no news whatsoever here!

Hope it's a lovely day for all.

Happy Mothers Day to all mums, daughters, big sisters and fur-mums

Well, yesterday was a bit exciting but I've come down to earth now Glad Ireland got their Grand Slam, pity about Wales losing but we'll have another go next year.

Sorry to hear about Jade Goody, also thinking of Natasha Richardon's boys today too. No time to hug and say goodbye to her boys, so sudden and shocking.

Have a good day in the sun, what's left of it, my magnolia is about ready to burst into life... fantastic!
