Easter Gift Giving Thread

I was thinking of starting a gift giving type thing this Easter (like the Secret Santa only the easter version)

What do you all think and who would be interested in taking part?

Re: Easter Gift Giving Thread

I was thinking that we could split it into different countries - UK, America and if there are any users in other countries then I think it may work out (assuming there's at least 2 users in the same country, don't want anyone left out)

I'm sorry you feel that way,, and hope and believe the comments you mentioned weren't meant to be hurtful....... it was an excellent idea, and of course none of us have any control over what happens when something is mailed. With all the volume of parcels, etc, at the holidays it's sad, but not uncommon for something to go astray.
Please don't leave Catsey, you'd be very missed. .

Re: Easter Gift Giving Thread

Please don't post personal remarks on the board.

I'm sure there has been a misunderstanding here and the person concerned didn't intend for any remark to come across as personal or nasty.

We all know what our UK postal system is like around the Christmas period, there are delays and there is lost post. For the record, I took part in the Secret Santa and Cassie's gift arrive 3 weeks into the new year. I know it came from the same source which makes believe that Lilly's gift was genuinely lost somewhere as well.

Re: Easter Gift Giving Thread

I know you sent it. The fact that it never arrived isn't your fault. I don't keep starting threads about it or taking over threads either It was a lovely thing to organise & it was a huge success.

When I said I doubt it will arrive now, I was not meaning you had not sent it, simply that Royal mail had not got it to it's destination.

PS when I said I was still waiting for it to arrive, it was meant in a light-hearted manner as I'm sure people thought it was, not in a nasty way... not my style.

Please don't be offended, I really didn't mean anything by the comments.
