Cheerful TuesdayWell it's a lovely day after yesterday evenings rain. My transatlantic visitor came and went - a sort of flying visit but it was nice to see him for an hour this morning. Might catch up with him again later in the week. Leg wax and haircut this morning - early - so I'll catch up with you all later. Have a good day

It's bright but chilly here - bit of a biting wind. It had obviously rained overnight as the ground is wet. I'm not feeling too cheerful unfortunately, work pressures are piling up again so I may be ducking in and out here depending in what's going on. |

Beautiful morning here, I put a seed bell on the balcony and now have loads of sparrows on it.... Nothing planned for today, apart from a visit to the bookstore, and a much needed walk... Have a good one everybody... |

Afternoon all. Sunny here but was trying to rain... My area manager came into my 2nd job (jewellery one) today and said I can have more hours if I wanted...So I said yeah. But coz of this credit crunch thing I had to loose 2 hours but then ive gained 4 hours coz ive taken on another store...She's give me tesco so works out at 6 hours extra. If you understand that then your good coz I cant lol. Going round to my bfs tonight, other than that just chillin out. Have a nice day all. |

Hi, people! Winter is hanging tough this year, only 6 C , cloudy and dreary. Did the usual market run, needed salad ingredients to go with tonight's linguine with pesto. I had a nice thing happen: a total stranger passing by stopped to ask me what the hellebores were...said she'd never seen them before and they were lovely! They are doing well this year. No news here, all's well. Janey, what exactly is it that you do? Enjoy the day, all. |

I am glad you've told us what you do Janey - with your early starts I had you working in a bakery - but guess they start even earlier than you do! |

lol, I wake up at 5am .... or try too as of lately! Then get into work for 6 till either 9 or 10. Then every other day go to my Jewellery job and do another 4 and 5 hours. |
