Hey Smudgley, good job.. i did WW about 7 years ago... after having cancer and becoming almost skeletal after round upon round of chemo and radiation... when finally started gettting well again... i piled on the weight to the point where it was getting ridiculous... Anyhow... i lost all the excess that i put on and as a result of all the support that i got i have pretty much stuck to my goal weight without too much effort...The recipie books that they have are great... and i usually cook two or three recipies a week from the WW books.. (i have about 8 of them) and the booklets and guides that you get from them that indicate the point values of your favorite foods really help you keepo a mental track of what you put in your mouth and how many points you have used... im sure you will find it a pretty easy plan to stick to.. Good luck! |
