I'm joining weight watchers

I've never done Weight Watchers, have been to similar clubs in the past.

My weight has gone up & up and since being office based now in my job 3/4 days a week, I have gone huge!

We all went to register at our new GP surgery today following our dissapoinment in the crap service at our previous one and I asked the nurse about the free WW scheme my friend is on. She said your BMi has to be (bleep) or above and mine was (bleep) point something, which was less than one away from the trigger figure.... she said if she added a little pound or 2 to my weight, we'd sneak in... I said that was fine by me and that I hadn't eaten today, so if I had I would have weighed the trigger weight anyway

So I have got 3 months weight watchers vouchers for free fat club.

I found WW very good when I went a good few years ago. Hope you find it good too. Their recipe books are full of good variety of meals and snacks.

Re: I'm joining weight watchers

Hey Smudgley, good job.. i did WW about 7 years ago... after having cancer and becoming almost skeletal after round upon round of chemo and radiation... when finally started gettting well again... i piled on the weight to the point where it was getting ridiculous...
Anyhow... i lost all the excess that i put on and as a result of all the support that i got i have pretty much stuck to my goal weight without too much effort...The recipie books that they have are great... and i usually cook two or three recipies a week from the WW books.. (i have about 8 of them) and the booklets and guides that you get from them that indicate the point values of your favorite foods really help you keepo a mental track of what you put in your mouth and how many points you have used...
im sure you will find it a pretty easy plan to stick to..
Good luck!
