Thursday daily

Good morning all!

I've been up since 6:30 and couldn't go back to bed so I' ve caught up on emails and posts here. It's a bright day, birds are tweetering loudly outside, well they have got 150 budgies in the aviary contributing to the overall noise !

It's supposed to say fine then drizzle by tonight, that's ok, as long as I get my things done by then. Off to the vet with Bron for a check up, her arthritis is very bad now and she's developed a sore on her muzzle which weeps old blood, and it covers her ruff and forelegs with brown stains from her saliva. The vet has said there is little she can do as it involves more medication, possibly surgery and old Bron is just not up to it. It's cosmetically unpleasant but not harming her. Poor old dear! I must be brave when her time comes.

for now she is comfortable and continent, and stull very much part of our family. Nearly 15 years old, a bit deaf and blind thru cataracts. Ha a strong bark and watches Posh like a hawk!

Hello! It's Friday isn't it? I think it is Friday here but I'll admit to being travel-befuddled.
Another nice day forecast though still a bit overcast. OH and I are both snivelling a bit - I'm sure air travel is unhealthy. So - I may go allotmenteering today but may give it a miss if my temperature keeps rising and falling as it is now. I'll review the situation after I've taken Dinah out.
So, other than a couple of virus all is well. Bentley is fine with Chester again, as I knew he would be; Chester is fine - nice and calm but becoming more himself. We even broke open a 6-pack of catnip mice yesterday and he had fun tossing one around. He woke a couple of times in the night and moved from his sleeping spot leaning against my lower leg to prip and chirp and come up to give me whiskery purry kisses. Aaawwww

Sorry to hear that you and OH have got abit of the sniffles, hope they clear up soon, glad Chester is doing great (big cuddle).
Hoping to get in the garden today the sun is trying to come out but not quite made it yet

Its cloudy but the sun is trying to come out now.

2 days till P!nk arghhh.

Not got anythin planned for today... apart from the house work and ironing etc!!!

Yes, it's Friday (ooops). I must admit to being muddled today as this week has been quite disruptive with only one day in the office.

I've just taken OH to the office and Domi to school and am back doing some household bits. At midday I have the chap who did my path last year coming to discuss costings for our collective front wall. Other than that, I need to wash the car, clean some floors, groom the cats and pop down to the allotment to plant my potatoes. I understand a not very nice weekend is in order so I need to get these done and dusted and planted.

OH's car is being collected for assessment today and a courtesy car is being dropped off. The girl said he had a 'like-for-like' policy but wasn't sure if they had a Porsche available

I know he's secretly praying for a 911 (yeah right) but I expect he'll get some kind of semi-sports things like an Audi coupe or Merc/BMW coupe instead

Ok pffft, I didnt see this thread as it said THURSDAY lol.

I dont know what the weather is like here now coz I got back into bed and cant be bothered lookin out the window hehe.

Not got anythin planned for today only 2 days till my P!nk concert whoop.

It's Friday! I think PP was having a blonde moment when she posted it as a Thursday thread . . . maybe Mags/Ann or Carole would be kind enough to merge them . . .
