Oh eek! I used to hate pay miscalculations/problems etc. Hope you get yours sorted very soom Jane.
It's an April day here; it was very wet in the night and showery now. That, plus my cold, which has appeared with a sniffy vengeance, has kept me from the allotment. It's fine. It's in pretty good shape and I did a very little urgent work on Wednesday when we got back, so it can wait for good weather and good health.
Ches is continuing to improve - a little better each day. I have no info on where he might have been. There was no-one around who had been on duty when he came in when I went to the vet on Thursday so, unless the finder responds to my Thank You note/"reward", it will remain a mystery.
I hope everyone has an enjoyable Saturday

Hi, Janey, DM! That's annoying about the paycheck mixup, hope you get it sorted without too much trouble. DM, sorry you have a cold, but good news about the allotment and of course, Chester!

A glorious day here, preview of June: already 25C and will be 32 by afternoon; been waiting for this. To the library and liquor store without a jacket, first time since last Autumn, barefoot now, porch door is open so I don't have to play doorman for Leia! So, of course, she's ignoring it; sitting by her empty plate awaiting lunch,,cats!!

Hope it's a lovely day for all, even if they've not posted!

Re: Saturday daily (it is isnt it?...

Hiya all

Yeap its Saturday. Had a nice day actually, rain earlier but not to bad for the rest of the day breezy now maybe a storm coming.....that sort of breeze. I won't mind the rain for the garden though..... as long as it rains when I don't want to be out there. Although I love the summer rain and will happily stay out in it.....and garden.

Taken some snaps of the garden for my "diary" and maybe one or two may make it to on here.

While doing that had a sad dejected hard done by dog who wanted to go out so much she fetched her own lead and collar...regardless of the fact we were out for an hour this morning....off we went again. Met a lovely Cocker spaniel pup....out on his first walk I was as normal pleased with Sal's behaviour...ie ignore the pup....and his bouncing....until he calmed down slightly then she rewarded him with a little interest, and a sniff...which meant off he went to the crazy stage again, and the man and lady walking the pup went away with a nice "inital contact with Staffords" Pleased to say.

So in summary I have been on three walks so far today, taken snaps of the garden, had breakfast, done a food shop, brought some moss for my hanging baskets.

Eileen I have been barefoot all year, I am not a shoe person in house or garden although will go towards old trainers for the digging.

Janey hope you have a good day whatever you decided to do.

PP. and DM; Hope you have had a good Saturday.

Re: Saturday daily (it is isnt it?...

Nails in the morning and a trip to MIL in Hayling Island this PM. Not long back. Boys being put to bed and I'm about to serve a healthy dinner to counter the disgusting MaccieD's we had (starving) on the way down.

Poor MIL had further surgery on her leg including a skin graft as a result of cancer. I hope they've cleaned it all out this time

Catch you all tomorrow as I'm tired and very, very hungry
