"Think I'll stay at home" Thursday

It's miserable out there, raining , cold and windy. The weather gods deem I clean the house but I may sneak out to the retail park later to do a bit of shopping undercover.

Such a contrast to my nice day yesterday. I'll put pics up later. Visiting historic houses and castles is a special love of mine.

Hope everyone has a nice day. Don't work too hard. I'm not missing my shifts one bit!

Mmmm, another wet day here. I've nearly finished the ironing, so I don't know what the rest of the day will bring. If I was confident that summer is really over the horizon I could put away some winter clothes and get out some summer ones but ....

LOL I have given up trying to do that over the last few years as I feel the cold and I like to know that my woolies are at hand with our now supposed Summers

Well it's not raining here but as it's overcast I suspect it's not too far away. It is however not too cold but I expect that will change if the rain arrives.

This lunchtime we are off to 'lunch with your child' at school. Except the child is Sebi So whilst I'm looking forward to having Miss Dawn's (the school cook) delicious Cottage Pie, I'm not overly delighted that we're probably going to be subjected to Sebi's lunch table shenanigans in public . . . he was a complete s*d this morning with screaming and tantrums for no reason UNLESS he got what he wanted and then he was angelic

However OH's Mum told me at the weekend that OH was exactly the same as a small child. So that explains a lot

Hello everyone! Uccky Yukky day here now. It wasn't too bad until about and hour ago, but it's pouring down now. And cold - I agree with Leesy and never put away my woolly jumpers and I've actually got 2 on atm.

We think we may have found Kizzy's favourite food - I'll post something in the Nutrition section about it. She is also the proud wearer of a new collar, which may be just an indoor temporary one to make sure she's happy with wearing one. Absolutely no protests from her - I may have to tighten it a little later on. That's good news for trying her with a harness I feel. RANDOM - IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE PM ME WITH PAYMENT DETAILS!!!!!

I have no transcription work at all to do today, so I might just have to start getting my stuff together for the dreaded Income Tax return

Afternoon people.

It keeps trying to rain here and the sun keeps coming out as well.

Been to work and I'm now thinking if I should start to pack for my jollies next Saturday... I'm too tired though so think I'll leave it (I'm always a last minute person and it drives my mum insane lol.) - I'll go and play some computer games instead hehe.

Enjoy the rest of the day everyone.

Re: "Think I'll stay at home" Thursday

Dismal day here also. A cold front has been stalled over the region for the last few days bringing the unseasonable weather......only 11C now, high will be 15. Decided to skip the marketing, alhough it's not raining now; potted up some ruellia cuttings and planted the orange geranium seeds. Should have started them earlier, but just forgot. Hope they do well. I too feel the cold so haven't put away Winter things yet either...sweatpants and sweater today.

Yola, had to laugh at your MILs comment...explains a lot!! Hope Sebi was an angel at lunch ... Janey, go pack! You'll feel better once it's done!

Hsave a nice afternoon, peeps.
