Re: Soggy Tuesday...

It was tipping down with rain when I woke - in fact I think the rain actually woke me up - before the alarm. It's not raining atm, but is grey and breezy and a lot cooler than the last few days.

I start my twice weekly visit to the hospital today for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinic. I have to be there at 2.15 - feeling a bit nervous as I am not sure what to expect. My IBS has been playing up for the last couple of days too, which makes me feel sluggish, put that down to nerves. I'll let you know how I get on later.

Kizzy has been so playful over the weekend. She came out in the garden with us and OH managed to get some good photos of her leaping about - will post later.

Nice short week this week, so enjoy!

Re: Soggy Tuesday...

Hiya all, Good morning...day off today and not much planned weather blustry but not to bad. Done some CP calls and got a few vouchers to post, thats about it. Will be feeding the pots and baskets today...shame about the weather as the rose is in full bloom but will try for a picture anyhow. Baskets and tubs coming along well.

Angie....best luck at the hospital, IBS must be horrible....pictures of Kizzy in the fresh air bring them on. any news on the kitten front you wish to share?

Mags...like you nothing planned....best sort of days.

Everyone have a really good day.

Karen

Re: Soggy Tuesday...

It's really nice here again. I have the door to the garden wide open, so all pets can come and go as they please. Eek. Chester was very good yesterday, so here's hoping he will be the same today - and every day from now on. He can't be an indoor cat and I can't cater for one cat out one cat in, so it's just bite the bullet time and let him go ... like childre, when they are growing up!
Moli - hope your weather has cheered up
Angie - good luck at the hosp. These things are usually worse in one's imagination than in reality
Kazz - have a lovely day off!

Re: Soggy Tuesday...

A perfectly horrible day weatherwise: has been pouring rain all night and still is! We got 3.36"overnight with 2 to 3" more anticipated before it lets up. Flood warnings have been issued for low lying areas. And it's quite unseasonable, only 13C. Needless to say I woke up. looked out the window and went back to sleep...... indoors all day for me; Leia went out on the porch and promptly came back inside too. So no news here.

Angie, hope all goes well at the hospital today, and look forward to outside Kizzy pics. Kazz, how's the tooth today?

Re: Soggy Tuesday...

Weather started off wet but has ended up nice and sunny. Have been back-to-back interviewing for a Finance Manager today - 6 in total. It was quite exhausting! But I think we have found the right candidate. Just meeting with him again tomorrow to make sure.
I have a bit of an iffy tummy today so only a small dinner for me tonight . . .

I need to take Balie to the vets as I have noticed he has lost weight quite dramatically. I've started giving him wet food daily which he devours but it's not making much difference; he's well in himself though and even venturing outside once the boys are in bed.
