No Sunday Daily?

Couldn't find one, better late than never! Where are you, people?

Sun is finally out and it's warming up nicely, 23C currently. Walked to the market as it was so pleasant and got stuff for dinner tonight: jambalaya!! Leia's on the porch birdwatching. I put out more fur yesterday after the rain stopped, and it was almost all gone an hour later...I think the birds are nesting again, So no real news here, hope everyone's having a pleasant day!

Re: No Sunday Daily?

Two milestones today, no three!

1. Dominik cantered during his riding lesson; confidently
2. We are eating our own rhubarb in a crumble tonight
3. Sebi is using potty and not a nappy

And the weather hasn't been too bad, just one short episode of rain. Roast chicken just being served so got to run and help

Re: No Sunday Daily?

oops!
Have been on and answered a couple of posts but never got round to starting a daily.
Have done the allotment accounts, have picked from the allotment, watered the growhouse, made roast beef lunch (strawberries for pud) and finished yesterday's room tidy. Phew!
Enjoy your rhubarb Yola

Re: No Sunday Daily?

Evening all,
Recovering after a busy weekend! Girly shopping on Saturday afternoon then spent last night at a local Welsh festival. Had a great time, everybody speaking Welsh with bands and lots of impromtu singing of hymns and rugby songs! As well as consuming a tiny bit too much beer Due to the wet weather, our car got stuck in the muddy 'car park' field-not fun when you're a bit tipsy, in the pouring rain, at 2am! Luckily there was plenty of local muscle to help us girls out!
Just home from a yummy Sunday lunch at one of the partners houses-they invited all the staff over as a thank you for our work during what has been a very busy lambing season which was lovely of them and our vet is a great cook!
Planning to spend the rest of the evening on the sofa, warding of my hangover and watching the apprentice final. Go Kate!
