Mine do that now and again. Hopefully just some careful diet management for a day or two should do the trick, something readily digestible like chicken boiled in water should help. If it continues much past 36 hours then certainly seek professional advice. |

Smudge does that every so often and howls horribly just before. It is usally a furball as she is long haired and despite daily grooming it occasionally happens. She recovers quickly. Is she an indoor cat? My (outdoor) cats sometimes eat grass and throw it up in a pool of drool but have always been fine straight away. I'm sure she'll be fine but if not after a couple of days I would get her checked. |

She is better. Before I left for the hospital I saw her drink but she refused baby food which is her fave so I think something was really disagreeing with her. She's acting normal (chasing bugs) and not vomiting but I haven't seen her eat yet, then again I've been out all day. I think she's better though. |

OK... good! Drinking & behaving normal is good!! Keep an eye on her & I often boil chicken & rice & feed small amounts to see if that helps... also anti furball treatments may help settle her belly??? |
