Sunday Daily

Morning everyone!

What a morning it's been here torrential rain storms, dark and gloomy ........someone remind me that it is July!

Cassie slept indoors for most of the day yesterday, I did begin to wonder if she was ok. She eventually went out about 5.00pm and didn't come back in until the evening ....... carrying a mouse! My OH shooed her back outside with it then the little madam came creeping back in with same mouse an hour later! The poor mouse was still alive but we couldn't rescue it from her so there was no other option than to put her outside again. She eventually showed her face (minus mouse) at 11.00pm.

Hope the weather is better where you are, enjoy your day!

Hi all.

Poor Cassie banished to the outside!! Little horror, I've had to do that on a few occasions too.

Hope you enjoy the chinese Janey. I hope the cats turn up - what a worry for you all.

Sunny with the odd heavy shower here. I've been doing some weeding along with my new assistants Matilda and Doris the chooks. - not easy but good fun!

Now watching Open Golf with OH and Catsey.

Enjoy your day peeps.

Re: Sunday Daily

It's been OK here apart from being extremely windy and a couple of short rain squalls. Dominik had his riding lesson which was fun as he had a new instructor who really engaged with him and got him thinking in fun ways about controlling/directing the pony.

I've been to the gym earlier; my poor bod didn't know what hit it and have just been cleaning the basement rooms whilst OH took the boys to the Thames to feed the ducks. Sea Bass with our own veggies beckons for dinner and then a big pile of ironing and the boys' lunch boxes!!!

And then it all starts again on Monday!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend - Jane, I hope with all my heart your brother's cats turn up. Has he posted notes through doors in his vicinity?

Re: Sunday Daily

Hi everyone. Sunny and still cooler than normal, 23C , with a nice breeze; I'm enjoying it but we do really need rain! Walked to the market for dinner fixings (crab cake, fresh spinach). So far have not seen the squirrel at the new feeder.

Poor Cassie! Yola, your dinner sounds very nice; glad Domi's got a good new isstructor. Janey, awful that the cats are still missing; have any others in the neighborhood gone missing also?

Hope your weather improves!

Yeah, they did some the other day and my mum n dad have gone down again today to help post more.
Not long after they posted some more today a woman from the cats protection said 'You have no idea how many cats go missing!'
I can though, its just strange that its both cats in one family thats what I dont understand!
Anyway, she said she'd help as much as she can and she gonna phone round at every single vets and shelters etc she knows, so at least theres someone else helpin as well.
