Thursday Daily

Well nice day here, sun is out and bright hope it stays like this.
Not much to say but though as I was about I'd start the daily thread, and here I am.

Sal's foot much better (hope that is not tempting fate)
All well here.

Have a good day all.

Re: Thursday Daily

Morning Kazz, Hi all. Good that Sal's foot is quite better. Our pets are very troubled when they have a poorly paw aren't they, even though they have 3 others to take their weight.
A quiet, petless, souless house here. It looks dry, (Edit No, it's raining again.) so maybe I'll be able to walk to the allotment and get some picking and tidying done. Anyway - breakfast calls - I'll speak later

Re: Thursday Daily

Morning! Another day of training here, but at least the sun is shining. My allotment is desperate for a weed so hopefully I'll be able to do that on Sunday.

Not much to report here - Dominik is grumpy because Sebi is stealing the limelight with his toilet training and Sebi's basking in the glory of 'me good boy Domi a notty boy'

Re: Thursday Daily

Afternoon all - just typed "morning" and then looked at the clock!!!

Just a quick note to say that Kizzy does not do "stealth mode" in the house - she's been rushing around this morning like a herd of wilderbeast! In one door and out the other - poor girl, every time she goes into the back garden Mrs Blackbird starts calling the alarm and other birds join in, so Kizzy dashes back inside. I think she was feeling a bit off colour again yesterday, so it's nice to see her rushing about like a "proper cat" today.

If the grocery delivery hurries up and arrives, I might be able to go and collect my new reading glasses and sun specs this afternoon. Sorry everyone, I acknowledge that lack of summer from now on is my fault as I've got new sunglasses!

Re: Thursday Daily

It's still morning here, but I'll say afternoon to you as that's what it is there. Sunny, nice and warm, 26C and still no rain! On the late news last night they said it was the driest July since records have been kept. Very worrying. No news here, slept in, did a small wash and no particular plans for the day. Leia just came thumping down the stairs: funny how they can move as silently as a wisp of smoke or sound like the Russian army invading!

Glad to hear Sal's paw is better, amused at the description of Yola's boys! Angie, hope the new glasses suit...pics?? Enjoy the Wii games, Janey! DM, love the expression "soulless house" .... perfect phrase!

Send your rain here!!

Re: Thursday Daily

Well the day turned out not too bad so I went to the allotment this afternoon and picked all the ripe fruit etc and did some useful weeding.
Still sunny now - hurrah!
See you folks Monday - have a good weekend
