Well day off today and its 10.30 no daily thought I'd give it a go.

Not much going on day of have to do a decent food shop and would ike to get into the garden but again rain....but will be out today its annoying my now..... ...my own fault but now I am irritated.

Moved the bedroom round this morning, the wardrobes look better where they are and I have a reading area too now, may have a glance when out and about for new bedding I adore the crispness f fresh new sheets.
Also cleaned the bathroom the shower inside and out and all the tiles washed down, may increaase my ownership of towels too....

Slightly foul here today - overcast, murky, mizzly rain, bit of a breeze. Quite warm though.

Kizzy has been out and only just come home a few moments ago. She always gives a little miaow or chirrup when she comes in the cat flap. Her tail however is full of those annoying cleaver seeds. I got one out, but she won't keep still enough for me to get the others out atm. I'll wait until she's eaten and gets a bit sleepy.

I've got some transcription work to do today which will keep me out of mischief. OH has gone to the driving range and taken his mum with him. Will he bring her back again????????? .........

Morning! It's filthy here - a mixture of drizzle and rain and very windy! If we weren't going away to sunny climes in a few days I think I'd be feeling very depressed.

I'm visiting the dentist late this afternoon to get some antibiotics for this darned wisdom tooth which is making me feel a bit rotten (face ache, headache that won't pass and slight dizziness).

Myshka's being an exceptionally playfull little scamp - jumping all over me in the night wanting attention; and when he's finished that he climbs on my leg and tries to . . . ahem . . . you know You'd think he'd learn because each time he ends up on the floor LOL!

Cleaver seeds all gone! Several on her tummy and around her legs. She lay on her back and let me take them all out. Ahhhh!

Afternoon all.

Had a busy day at work and im glad to be home now.

My passport expires in November this year (cant believe its been 10 years!) So I went and had my passport photos taken before... They are ok but it well doesnt look like me. Oh well at least they are better than my 1st passport photo lol, that was shocking and I was 15/16 at the time and just hd a grey top on so I blended into the background and looked like I had 2 black eyes!

Anyhow thats what ive done today.

Gonna go and have my dinner now and chill.

Afternoon all,

Spent all day literally at the hospital. Got there at 11.30 for an appointment with the Consultant at 11.50 and after that he sent me for a blood test..... two hours waiting time!!! Got out of the hospital at 2.30 and not enough time to go back to work as I finish work normally at 3pm...

Back home and feel like I have wasted a day!

That's so frustrating Donna Hopefully though the waiting around will prove productive in terms of a diagnosis.

I swear there is an ark outside my window and the animals are going in two by two!!
So much rain today again,it's got to be good for something,umbrella sellers maybe?

We're all indoors today watchng films on Sky, IndianaJones, and Kung Fu Panda. The heating is on and we're having tea and cookies ...IT'S AUGUST... seems more like October.

My sis must be really wondering why she left 40 degrees heat to come over here! At least I'm still in work till 24th Aug.then my hols start; getting lots of overtime in too coz of staff sickness and mini baby boom.

Hi all, what awful weather you're having! The opposite here, mostly sunny, 28C: finally getting to seasonal temps which suits me fine as I love the hot weather. Neighbor at the bus stop was complaining about how HOT it was! Up to the Giant for Leia's food and other stuff; nothing interesting going on in my house. Stopped in tyhe garden for another ripe tomato for lunch.

Angie, don't know cleaver seeds, assume they're nasty little stickers like burs or stickem seeds? Couldn't help but chuckle at the MIL comment....... Donna, what a waste of the day, but hope the tests will help. Yola, another chuckle at the Myshka story ... maybe he thinks getting pushed of the bed is a game, my Dandy did, although it was not for the same reason! Janey, official pics are awful ...does anyone like their drivers license pics? Kazz, what's with the towel urge: I just bought some nice new ones on sale. PP - heating in August....depressing!
