Re: Sunday Daily

Morning,

Kids are still asleep in bed!!! I am off out at 12 to see a Health Club.... more than a gym as such, as it is a private members club where you can swim, exercise, eat, meet friends, beauty treatments, etc... My friend is trying to persuade me that it will be good for me lol....

Since I got ill I have lost two stone (which I needed to) and am stuck at 9 and a half stone... my GP says I should do some exercise (whatever that is!!!) as being fit is as important as being the right weight .... I like the idea of the pool and jacuzzi/steam rooms, plus on a Sunday I can take the kids to use the pool which Emma will love.

No harm in looking I suppose!

Well I am off to take the rubbish round the skip....exciting eh...I can hear you all rushing for your shoes to join me...

Then like Donna off round to the gym/health club...to join not done that yet but off to. Same senario Donna, relaxing enviroment....and acres of grounds gardens to wander around/sit and relax.

Then nothing really...see you all later.

Re: Sunday Daily

Hi, Janey, Donna, Kazz, where's the rest pf the gang? Off having fun I hope. Well, we had yet more storms last night, got 1.29" rain. Sunny now, a bit Autumnal when I woke up, only 20C! But warming up nicely now. Finally got to plant the irises that were delivered during the "monsoon season"; did the usual market run and that's all my exciting news!

Donna, Health Club sounds great, hope you like it and join. Kazz, let us know what you think of yours after you've been.Janey, hope it's a nice meal with your brother and g/f.

Enjoy the day.

Re: Sunday Daily

I had a good look round... its £25 a month for weekend use only... I am at work all week then the usual dinner/homework routine etc with the kids.. so weekend is where I am at a lose end... the pool allows kids on Sunday mornings so Emma would love that.

The whole set up is very select and small... very suitable for me as I feel rather self conscious at these sorts of places...

Its just if I should spend £25 a month on myself I have to battle with lol...

Re: Sunday Daily

Up early, watered the greenhouse and poly tunnel and then thought-why not suprise Jenny?

I wasn`t due to visit today but I did-she was dozing as I arrived and her face on seeing me was one of those special moments.

She looked an awful lot better today.

Re: Sunday Daily

Glad to hear Jenny's looking better today, and what a lovely surprise for her. I hope you told her that your Catsey friends are thinking of her and pulling for a speedy recovery and a return to normal life as soon as possible ...
