Its a kitten thing I swear they jump about like crazy I would try trying to keep him from jumping about (hard I know) he has not by any chance got anything in his paw has he? No good with things like this I am sorry vets would be my first visit too. |

He seems to be sensibly resting atm Kazz. I have had a look around his paw but I can't see anything there. He let me poke about around his pads without showing any pain. |

Hopefully he has just given himself a wee strain... Like Kazz says, just try and get him to rest it, nothing really more you can do... Maybe by tomorrow he will be able to put his weight on it again. |

Sounds like he has maybe come down on it hard....Typical kitten! Hopfully it will be ok by morning....Is he reacting at all when you feel it?? |

If he starts getting too lively it may be a good idea to put him in his cage for a while in case he does more damage to it. After a night's rest he will hopefully be better tomorrow... |
