Daily thread - SundayGood morning all! It's overcast but dry here, a lot cooler too. The strong winds during the week has damaged the acer leaves and made them curl so I somehow doubt that I will see my usual lovely display of red from it this year  Spending a quiet day here, catching up on a few jobs about the house. Have a good day and stay safe on the roads if you're out and about......

Good morning peoples. Sunny and warm here! Just took YumYum for a little walk. Have extened her lead by clipping on a long dog lead that I had kept that belonged to my beloved GSD Cassi. It gives her a bit more freedom yet she's still safe. Will be going out with my friend Ed later today .............. but not sure yet where we're going! Have a nice day y'all!  |

Lovely sunny morning here in Kent.... hope its nice all day! Went to the Health Club yesterday for the first time... did ok in the gym bit, and enjoyed the pool more! Had the whole pool to ourselves! Going again in a bit and then the usual Sunday housework when I get back. Have a good day everyone. |

Hello all! I have been absent for a little while-I've been poorly with an ear infection this last week and with working every day, I haven't had the energy for catsey surfing! We've also had lots of meetings with the solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. At the moment, the mortgage has now been finalised and the survey has been done with no problems. It's difficult knowing what each next step is, having never done this before-it worries me that this will make the whole process slower  Hope everyone enjoys the long(ish) weekend! Lx |

Hi all; lovely sunny day here too, low humidity and 24C. Cool front is coming, may be a bit nippy in the morning. The usual market run, took a few garden pics and sighed that the tomatoes aren't doing well again this year. Only a few ripening fruits left. Weather? Blight?? Whatever. Donna, happy to hear you're enjoying the Health Club. PL, sorry about the ear infection; those are so nasty and painful. SageCat, good idea about the longer lead for YumYum, she's really taken to the outdoor walks, hasn't she? Moli, get those pesky weeds, girl! Mags and Kazz, pity about the acers ......
