Quiet here today! Another lovely sunny day and a bit warmer, 22 degrees. Didn't have any errands so did some hoovering and worked a bit on the weeds in the garden which are getting ahead of me. The wretched mosquitoes are biting so badly I couldn't stay out as long as I wanted to...

; one good thing about the coming cold weather is that the first frost will get them!

And not a minute too soon!

I've not done a lot today, just spent most of the day indoors (more than can be said for Dylan - was panicking because I had visions of our friendly boy following someone and getting catnapped or lost he was away for that long

Spent literally all day outside where I couldn't see him

Evening!!

Did the usual work, school runs and dinner. Watched the soaps. Nothing exciting happening here... just one huge spider that Sean my son had to save me from..... its now in the hoover ... euuughhhhh.

Busy day - at work and at home. Boys getting back into the school routine, sleep disturbed last night because OH forgot to put a nightime nappy on Sebi and he/his bed was soaked. So I curled up in the spare room with him. 0330 to 0530 we spent awake with him staring and giggling at me (sweet but sleep would have been nicer) and kicking me in the back when I had the audacity to turn away from him.

We were advised today that we have been chosen for a GBP1/2 million contract for translation work for a youth-focused women's fashion retailer who are expanding internationally. I still can't quite believe it . . . might mean we can pay the mortgage and the car payments finally

Tired and off to bed. Catch you all later
