A Very Soggy Monday

It's been raining constantly since daybreak here this morning - and we were forecast a dry day for this area with rain tomorrow and Wednesday. Ho hum. Kizzy has been out in the rain and come in rather damp around the dusters and had to be dried off with some kitchen towel. Pip won't be getting his walk today unless the sun comes out this afternoon and atm it doesn't look promising.

Done a bit of vacuuming and now have some urgent transcription to do, but not very much, so I'll be back later on. Hope you are all having a good day and keeping dry if possible.

Put the radiator on in the office today . . . it's definitely cold, wet and miserable! OH has gone to Weymouth to sign the all-important contract with New Look and I'm doing bits in the office. Had a phone interview with a prospective Junior Project Manager, she sounds very promising.

Sebi had his first riding lesson yesterday - he did REALLY well and enjoyed it too so I think he'll be going forwards with that as a hobby

It's miserable here too, I've had to go back to using the tumble dryer to get some laundry dry.
Morgan hasn't been out for his walk yet, I keep hoping it's going to get brighter but I don't think I can put it off much longer, he keeps giving me dirty looks!
Enjoy the rest of this damp day if you can.

Re: A Very Soggy Monday

Sorry your weather is not very nice; it's a beautiful sunny day here albeit a tad chilly for my taste, 15 degrees. Frustrating morning: I bussed down to midtown to Trader Joe's Market to get my favorite Chinese shiu mai dumplings (only place that carries them) and they were out of them .... aargh! Have to rethink Saturday's menu. Try again next week. My annual eye doctor visit is tomorrow; not looking forward to the eye dilation bit, cannot read or see the computer screen well for hours. No news otherwise, all's well.

Hope it stops raining so Pip and Morgan can get their walks!
