I need 30th birthday present ideas?

Hi,

First off Id like to apologise for not being on here for aaaaaages

.

Right, my brother is 30

on the 6th of Feb this year and I have NO idea of what to get him

. I want it to be special but a reasonable price.

If anyones got any ideas to help me, it would be much appreciated.

Hi Janey - I am a bit out of touch with what a 30 year old man would like for his birthday but what about one of those day events ......... rally or racing driving or something like that? There are loads to choose from. My OH and I did the rally driving at Silverstone several years ago. It was GREAT!

Does he enjoy wine? A good vintage. Not very original, but dinner out at a really nice restaurant ,,,, although that may be a bit pricy. Computer games he doesn't have?

I think a special experience is a great gift for a special birthday, it is my OH's 60th on 16 February and I have bought him a Bird of Prey experience, I know he will love it! There are many more to choose from and it makes the birthday memorable I think. How about a Bungee jump, balloon flight, scuba diving, the list is endless. http://www.buyagift.co.uk

If he supports afootball or rugby team can you arrange a day out there lots of clubs do it.
If he is a "sports fan in general" how about a lesson in golf

What does he do like or not like?

He doesnt really have a certain interest.

My dads in the beer and wine buisness, could ask him if theres anythin new going. He only plays on the playstation 3 and thats only certain games lol (he's quite fussy)

His gf got him a day out at Manchester United football stadium last year, so cant do that and the St.Helens rugby ground is an old ground (but they are building a new one in a few years... I'll have to remember that for when it opens

)
