He he - I have to try and be more laid-back. I have asthma and now COPD, so TRY and be more relaxed and calm. That was the hardest thing about giving up smoking - for a long time I couldn't relax and was always on the go and jittery. Withdrawal, I suppose. I am thinking about taking up meditation ...... used to do Yoga ages ago, but I really feel that I need help with relaxation. |

Very laid back. Have aways been a rather quiet person. not athletic or into sports; a big reader; enjoy a relaxing time with a few friends rather than big parties. |

I am a bit of a mixed bag really, somtimes I can be so full of energy and on the go, but then at other times I really do just like to be really laid back which drives my OH mad as he is always on the go unless of course he has a can of beer in his hand |

Usually so laid back I could be classed as horizontal...I love sitting still and doing nothing things like the computer/reading. But when I have things to do I do do them. So a mixed selection really. Good idea for a thread though. |

I am usually busy as there is always something to do and I am a bit too houseproud, however, given the chance I like nothing more that relaxing with a good book, crossword or a good film. |
