Dylan's meow has changed ... ?

I've not noticed anything but one of my relative's reckons that Dylan's meow has changed slightly as if his voice has broken or something

Can cats voices break or what would be the cause of Dylan's voice sounding different?

I've never heard of or experienced anything like this; the only thing I can think of might be a sore throat....???
