Since we're expecting 6 - 8" more, I needed to stock up again, and so does she. I just hope the stores have restocked their shelves, as they were stripped last Friday in advance of the big one. |

I hope so too Eileen ...... the shops nearest to us weren't worth trying because their deliveries couldn't get there. We ran out of milk first but had some dried milk which although not wonderful was OK. We made our own bread, so that too was fine. Fresh veg was really the only thing we couldn't have after it had gone but we used our sprouting seeds instead. Cat food - we didn't get near to running out luckily. It was wet food I was getting a bit low on; lots of dried, but I don't like to give Leia much of that because of possible cystitis... one episode was enough for me. |
