Blimey Eileen, that's deep snow. Sunny but cold here today. Been out to a friends for coffee and out to the Chinese buffet tonight so a good day for me. Hope you're feeling ok Karen and getting plenty of rest. |

Oh goodness, that must be getting to you. Drinkin my coffee preparin for another day at the hospital. Hopefully we should have the latest results of tests so K can make the informed decision of whether he wants to go through painful surgeries or come home to live out his days peacefully (which he's actually considering). I hope he wants to fight or by some miracle the doctors and him can come to some kind of compromise. With all the pain he's gone through I don't blame him for considering it and we need to respect his wishes but wow the thought of making that kind of decision is quite surreal. |

Goodness Eileen - any more snow and those railings will disappear - I've certainly never seen snow as deep as that! My MIL tells a story of being snowed in in Norfolk just after the war - they had to dig their way out of their house. Can't find the year yet. Sorry to hear your news Tink - I hope G gets the strength from somewhere to make the best decision for you both. Safe journey wishes for you. Edited to say: the year was 1947. |

DM - that is some depth of snow - hope it gets no worse. Tink - I hope you the news for K is positive and there is an outcome both of you are content with. Hope the storm comes to nothing. Having a housework night tonight. Going to do all the cupboard tops in kitchen and clean out the insides. Then we'll see what time it is! |

Tink, hope you have a safe drive, and that K will come to a decision that you both can accept; what a horrible choice ... Kazz, are you taking it easy today? Shelley, enjoy the buffet: the 14th is Chinese New Year, so you can celebrate it early. Angie, I've never seen that depth of snow before either! |
