Tis ThursdayHi, where is everyone? Sunny and chilly today, 2 degrees (36 F), but the wind chill is -2. It may warm up to near normal by the weekend, so they say. Still have piles of snow melting on the shady side of the street; an unending Winter. But .... I notice buds beginning to swell on the barberry bushed ... surely Spring will get here one day. Hope all are well and having a good day.

Hi. Feeling better at last! It has been a nice sunny day here but still a bit windy so I've been out seeing as I haven't been out for 2 days. I need to go shopping haven't been in a while.  Felix has also been enjoying the weather he's been running around the garden like a ninja cat  but then soon ran back in when he saw the next door neighbours cat.(it's a scary cat)that was the first time Felix had actually seen another cat since I brought him home from the people I bought him from! Hope everybody has had a good day today Xxx |

It's been a bright day here, but really very chilly with a biting easterly wind. But ............ Spring IS beginning to appear. Pussy Willow buds are swelling, hazel catkins are already out. Birds are singing. I don't think I've ever been so keen to see the back-end of Winter. |

Still got snow here! Still cold here. Still blue skies so hope for us too spring is not far away. A friend of OH's has asked us to babysit some heavily pregnant ewes and two ewes with lambs so we have babies 4 weeks before we thought we would! They are really sweet. Evening by the fire tonight. |

Hi! Very pretty here today. Got some pics of the girls in the window, will upload later  One of my ferrets, Baby Bear, has his annual exam today. Then someone is going to stop by and look at one of the things we are selling. We've got a rough plan now with K out of work. We can stretch it out and stay in this house prob for a year. In that time we will prepare and get ready, then we will move several hours drive south to be near my family and stay with them while we find the perfect place for our menagerie. So I feel a little better now that we've got SOME kind of plan instead of just going day to day..i don't do well with change, LOL. hope you all have a good day |

Good that you have a plan, Tink; makes you feel a bit more in control. I too hate change ..... that sounds like a sensible move. |

yeah, not too far but cheaper cost of living plus near more of a support system in case anything happens so i won't be so alone. |
