Eva's ashes

Well I finally got them today. I was expecting them in an envelope, sure they said an envelope when they first mentioned sending them to me.
But oh no, not my Diva, she arrived in a box as big as a shoe box , at first i was scared to open it incase she hadnt been cremated at all but told myself not to be so stupid.
Unwrapped it to find a large green presentation box, opened that and it's all padded inside with a smaller presentation box with her name embossed in gold.
Have been talking to the box all evening, telling her how worried I was etc and what we have been doing in her absense.
Miss that bundle of fluff but glad she is now home with me.

I'm so glad you have Ev back with you where she belongs.
I have Kindly's ashes on my mantle in the living room and talk to her all the time.

Re: Eva's ashes

So glad she's home Elaine and in some style too. I have Merlin's ashes right here by me on the desk and still have my favourite photo of him as my screen saver. I often tell him how his Catsey aunts are doing. I'm sure he'll look out for Eva.
