We've lost Mustard.I thought I would let you know that Mustard had to be PTS this morning. It appears he suffered a saddle thrombosis, which is very painful and nearly always fatal, so the vet helped him on his way. The onlly consolation is that he was still in bed when we went out at 6 and Mike found him distressed at 6.40, he was gone by 7.30. We are in total shock and he will be greatly missed, he was such a gentle boy.

I am so sorry farthing. Poor Mustard, but as you say consoling to know he didn't suffer for very long. RIP sweetheart, free to run and play with your friends again. |
