Lovely day here too, no lambs here as mine are too old but the sheep and the goats are out enjoying the day. Don't envy you catching a sheep, ours are like tanks when feeding them I'm amazed I've not been knocked over yet, nothing stops them, and they are just the right height to get your knees. |

Hi, CM, farthing, glad you're having such lovely weather. Nice here to, 17 C (62 F), and sunny. No errands today so just a lie in and pottering; have to keep working on income tax later, ugh! Never thought about catching a sheep ... lariat lessons? Have a good day, people! |

Afternoon all - just catching up with a cuppa! I have a hilarious picture in my head of calismum rugby tackling a ewe up a hill. In my picture, there are a couple of sheep dogs involved and Mr C too and one of those whizzy-scootery things. I wish I could cartoon! A nice sunny day today, but there is a cold wind. Lovely under glass and my chilli peppers and beginning to look healthy. They are still only about 2 inches high though!!! OH and I have been to the garden centre again for more compost and managed to come home with only what we went for - that's more or less a first!!! We had a visit from the Memory Nurse this morning. She is a lovely lady and so easy to chat to. I'm afraid that I poured out my heart and she was concerned that I am struggling, which is true. OH has been much more helpful and understanding since .................... wonder how long that will last??? He said he had no idea. We are also looking into getting someone in for a few hours each week to sit with mother and do some light housework and get her lunch on a regular basis, which will give us the opportunity to get out of the house. Someone is coming to see what can be arranged on Wednesday - fingers crossed for that. Have a good day peeps! |

Angie, think that would be so great if you could get someone to help with MIL and give you (and OH) some time to yourselves. I can imagine how difficult it has been ...... |
