Chapterhouse coursesI don't trust chapterhouse now  Sent off for the better english course from them, recieved it, did it, returned it, had them mess me about because they said they hadn't recieved it after three weeks, they sent me it again, was about to send it back when the first copy arrived back through the post. They haven't marked it properly (the back page isn't even marked at all ) and the certificate isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on. It only says I've done the course, doesn't say whether I passed or not And it cost nearly £100, all for a certificate that's not worth the piece of paper it's written on

Oh dear! Not familiar with that organization, but it certainly doesn't sound very professional or reliable from your description. Is there someplace you can register a complaint? |
