She's home!

Well! After a miserable day yesterday, I arrived at work this morning and in the middle of a typical manic monday morning surgery a gentleman turned up with a cat basket. He'd found a stray cat in his garden, a bit bedraggled and skinny and brought it in to be checked over scanned.
I duly brought him through tio the nurse's room, opend the basket and out walked Tabitha! The poor man, I just burst into tears!
The practice is about 6 miles away from my mum's so she must've got into a car or van. Apart from being a bit grubby, slightly dehydrated and very very hungry she's absolutely fine and has had lots of cuddles!
She's staying in with us for today while mum is at work, just so happy to see her!
Thank you all for being so kind and thinking of us!

Oh PL that is the best news ever. I was so vexed for you all. Big (((hugs))) all round. I could just imagine that poor man - he must have thought it was a bit of an over reaction from you yntil you explained.

Cheered me up for the full day that has.

Wow that must have been some coincidence that he happened to take her to your surgery and that you were working and that you dealt with him!
So pleased for you.

See, you did have a guardian angel after all, or at least Tabitha did! so happy for you and what a lovely surprise for you at the start of this week. Now after the cuddles, give her a smack on the bott and tell her don't ever do it again
