Wednesday FredHi all! It's a really lovely warm sunny day here with blue sky and a breeze. I wish I could be outside in the garden but my back is still bad and I slept quite badly last night. I had to get up just after midnight and sit in the lounge watching TV. Went back to bed about 5.30, so feel kinda peculiar! I have Qs ready for the quiz tonight. Hopefully we will start about 8.15. Regular players, please note slightly later starting time. Please join us if you are able. Have a good day everyone.

Sorry to hear your back is still troubling you, do take it easy and let Nurse Kizzy take care of you; Still unseasonably chilly here, like November: 11 C (52 F), cloudy. just not a very pleasant day. Waiting for the promised warm-up tomorrow. No errands so the usual lie-in and a few chores; Leia's enjoying the radiator warmth. I like Wednesdays, my pizza night and the quiz which I'm looking forward to! See you there, people?  |

Hello all, sorry to hear your back is still bad Angie, it's terrible that it's affecting your sleep. Eileen we haven't put our heating on yet, i'm trying to manage untill the end of Oct as fuel bills are so high. Nice sunny day today. I went to Tesco to do a full shop, parked up and realised i'd left my purse at home so had to turn round and come all the way back. Looking foward to the quiz tonight. |

Hi all - wet and cold and windy and miserable - we had massive hailstones last night!! Not much to report - cold has developed into tonsilitis, I hope the AB's kick in soon. Will try for quiz tonight, may give up and go to bed  Enjoy the evening folks. |

Hi, all. Another bright day with a chill in the air at 59 degrees. Went to the bookstore last night and splurged on some cat books. Haven't done that in a long time so oh well, I enjoyed myself  No idea what I will do today except the usual things around the house. Probably just end up devouring my new books Have a good day, all. |

Evening all... Not been up to much today work and then home - feel better than I did yesterday - hopefully getting over my cold. Beef Stew and dumplings in the oven at the moment and make some cupcakes...  Mixture of Vanilla with bournville buttercream topping Vanilla with white chocolate buttercream and spiced carrott with white chocolate buttercream Oh and I am rubbish at icing them!!!! LOL I think I need a bigger nozzle! |
