What has happened to Ms. Picky?As many of you know, Leia got her nickname as she would NOT eat people food of any sort when she was younger. Over the years, she mellowed and gradually decided ham, chicken, prawns and cheese were edible ... not just edible, but good. Well, this afternoon I was having a little snack of cheddar cheese popcorn when she hopped in my lap, started trying to reach in the bag, obviously wanting some, never dreamed she'd eat it, but she had three pieces and would have had more if I'd let her. What a weird thing for a cat to eat!

How curious! And I guess that's what it is ..... but if our taste changes with maturity, then why shouldn't a cat's? |

Yes, me too Shelley. But I think I might draw the line at cheese popcorn - IMO popcorn is a sweet delicacy!Edited to say - also sometimes a bit salty but not cheesy! |

Oh Angie, white cheddar cheese popcorn is very popular here, almost as much so as the salt-and-butter. I personally don't care for caramel popcorn, too sweet. Whole Foods brand is organic ... good for me as I don't get enoug fiber ibn my diet. That's my excuse, anyway!  |
