So sweet.............. is Amber a King Charles spaniel? I have very fond memories of a KCS, such a brave, big hearted fellow.

Yes Angie, she's a KCS.
She's very soft and timid, poor pup was attacked by an adult dog when she was 12 weeks old and had to have emergency surgery.

Poor wee girl. I hope she can get her confidence back.

The KCS I knew accompanied his owner (who was quite elderly and had had a hip replacement) on the long South Downs Way Walk which I did in '80s. That little dog walked 90 odd miles over 5 days, as did his owner. I felt huge respect for them both.
