Really disappointedAfter paying an extra £6.95 for next day Express delivery, the Comfy collar never arrived. Im so disapointed. It said on site for next day delivery your order had to be in by 2pm, I placed mine at 11am! I have emailed them - whats the point in promising express delivery & charging for it & then it doesnt happen
