Help with your filing anyone?After MrsH's post a couple of days ago about her struggles with the filing (and MrH!) Kizzy made me chuckle this morning as I was also struggling with our filing! It's never-ending, isn't it?

I'll sign her up for a few days filing please  It's never-ending here, I've found council tax and cable tv/phone statements from 1999 now! OH is furious I've found them as he knows he'll never hear the end of it now  he's trying to retaliate by finding some of my old reference books on the bookcase in the spare room/study, exactly where I knew they were! It's going to get a bit silly tit-for-tat I can tell! Today I found the washing instructions for some M&S trousers along with the receipt and the garment tag neatly filed in a dedicted folder dated 2001  Why?????Beautiful photos of beautiful Kizzy  |

 MrsH!What annoys me most are all the pamphlets, catalogues and what-not, especially of the mailshot sort - and before anyone says yes, I have signed up for the no unsolicited mail thingy with the Post Office, but it still arrives. I do thank heavens for the recycling bin some days. |

Kizzy is the prettiest file clerk I've ever seen! I was rummaging in a drawer I rarely use looking for my Medical Power of Attorney form which I'd never needed before, and was horrified: at things I found there old receipts for tax payments in the late 70s and 80s, instruction manuals for former CD players, radios and watches that have long since gone, newspaper clippings .... more utterly useless stuff that should have been thrown out years ago! Why do we do that? |
