Such a relief .... course I knew I wasn't the only one. Told OH only tonight that he was to start worrying if I couldn't tell him what the sticky bits on the end of locusts' feet are called ................. (Old zoology thing - ingrained - "adhesive plantulae on tarsal podomeres" - sounds very geeky and probably is, but you see I have remembered it for 40+ years.) |

I'm impressed Angie! I can't remember why I went upstairs sometimes but I can still quote large chunks of Enobarbus' speech from Antony and Cleopatra 'Age cannot wither her nor custom stale her infinite variety'. That's stuck for nearly 30 years. Isn't it odd the things that stick? |

Extremely odd ...... I wish someone could explain why - I can understand things with rhythm, such as poetry and verse more that my sticky bits!!! |
