Re: New years eve, eve

Hi Pamela - push or motor bike???

It's a rainy day here now, but was quite nice earlier. OH, Monty and I went for a walk around the harbour at Prinsted - the tide was way way out and there was no wind, everything was still. Took the binoculars and watched the birds - saw a lovely little group of Avocet, amongst other birds. We've also been to our local farm shop to get some vension for slow cooking on New Year's Day and some veg for soup tomorrow. OH has actually asked whether we want to stay up to see in the New Year and I reminded him that we are usually up until almost midnight anyway ........ just depends really I suppose. Which makes me wonder - how many Catseyers party party party???

Have a good day all.

Does it have loads of gears? I saw on your New Year plan that you intend to do more cycling.

This is the recipe I'm going to be using: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1...raised-venison - I like the rave reviews and it sounds really simple.

Hi all. no party here, just watch the ball at Times Square, then to sleep. Feeling poorly this morning, bad back persists and short of breath; Chris coming over to help with chores. Not so chilly: 8℃ (46℉) a bit after 10 AM.

I never could learn to ride a bike ....

Re: New years eve, eve

evening all.
Just another short rainy walk with the dogs today. Then off to the pet shop to use our wellbeloved voucher. We have decided to give the other local pet shop a miss as i was dismayed to see the young owner selling kittens on our last visit. Bought Malaika a girly pink Kong toy for her second birthday tomorrow, it may last 5 mins
Tried to temp Jerry to play with his christmas toys this morning, he played for about 5 seconds with his rabbit fur mouse.
Eileen, i hate to nag but i think you need to see the doc soon.

Eileen, I echo Kazz and get yourself checked over imediately young lady!!!
Your discomfort has gone on long enough and it's obviously not getting any better.

Any way, G is home, he is very tired and keeps nodding off but wont go to bed. Animals were all excited to see him again, I was too until half an hour after he got home and the place looks like a bomb has hit. Was good to see all his photographs and hear his stories that went with them.

No plans for new year, just a quiet one.
