pineapple upside down pudding Wednesday

thought we could do with some cheering up, hence the title of todays thread.
Grey day here, managed to get both dogs out without getting too wet.
Some jobs this morning around the house, then off to a friends for cake , coffee and chat.
She has asked if i have any bisque dolls for sale for a friend of hers. I do have a couple i could part with and the money would be most welcome at this time of the year.
QUIZ tonight at around 8.15 if anyone can make it.
Very disapointed that Eileen isn't back yet to enjoy it with us.

Re: pineapple upside down pudding Wednesday

Hi Shelley! Love the daily title, but not all that kind to someone who is trying to diet again! I remember a summer job I had when I was at school .... it was at a nursing home for WH Smith staff (they did things like that back then). Anyway, they had a chef who taught me to make pineapple upside down pud - bit of a coincidence that!

Nice day here, blue sky and calm. OH took Monty out to Stansted so he could have a good run about today. He's having his nap in his crate and we have a visitor later, money stuff, so loads of paperwork everywhere and a good thing Monty's nose is safe elsewhere!

Also getting worried about Eileen - the quiz isn't the same without her, but I do hope to be there Shelley and I hope we get a couple of other players this evening.

Have a good day folks.

Been busy knitting an elephant just couldn't resist it! Have a look here
Isn't he cute hope our grandchild likes it when s/he arrives!

Rather dull here today same as everywhere else it seems, just about to go and bath a mucky dog before tea. Do hope we hear some good news about Eileen soon!

Edwin the elephant is lovely MrsH, he looks ever so cuddly.
Angie i love pineapple upside down pudding.
Had a nice afternoon with my friend, her daughter is going to Moldiva to promote inclusion for children with disabilities. She has to raise £800 in approx 6 weeks so i bought a lovely little pottery christmas tree that my friend made, all money going in the kitty.
Yoga tonight for me

Evening all. Off to work shortly, hoped to hear Eileen news, however seems not to be.

Mrs H Edwin the Elephant should be a great hit, any more news or thoughts on the new puppy?
Angie hope your meeting went well. Monty seems to be living the high life.
Shelley hope the doll sale go well. Safe journey to your friends daughter a very worthwhile thing to do.

There won't be any news for quite a long time Kazz. We're sticking with the same breeder for the moment. She'll be mating Morgan's sister again round about this time next year, we're in no rush. If we don't get a puppy at that mating then we would consider a different breeder who is on my watch list
