Carolyn

Thank you Carolyn for being a lovely friend to our lovely friend, Eileen.
I know she was confident that Leia would be well looked after with you when she was poorly in hospital and it must have been such a relief to know someone was caring for her beloved Cat.

I think for all of us who are animal lovers knowing there is someone we can trust to look after and love our beloved pets as we do is a wonderful blessing and even more so when they are a dear friend. Thank you for being this person x

Please give Leia a special hug from us xx

Re: Carolyn

Carolyn, my deepest sympathies at a very sad time. I'd like to thank you for caring for Leia, a very special kitty. Eileen and I talked much of Kate, more so when she was diagnosed with CRF, I was saddened when she passed over. Eileen was one special lady and I am so pleased she had such a good friend in you. Lots of love from Elaine xxx.

Carolyn, I'd like to send you my sincerest sympathy on the sad loss of your dear friend Eileen. She was a wonderful woman who will be sadly missed here on catsey, but I'm sure she went to her rest much comforted by knowing her beloved Leia would be taken care of so well by you. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend, Alex x

Re: Carolyn

Sorry to be so informal when we have never met however I have heard so much about you over the years I feel I know you.
First I would like to pass on the condolences from my family and I on Eileen’s death, she leaves a hole greater than she would ever acknowledge in a lot of hearts.
We are all Eileen’s friends - a very exclusive club.

I think I first "met" you when your beloved Kate was diagnosed with CRF. Eileen was so upset and worried having known Kate from kittenhood. I know your moving back made her very happy. And your care of Leia is very much appreciated by us all.
Eileen mentioned when cat smuggling you were once "spotted" please give her lots of hugs from her many admirers this side of the pond.
Leaving Leia in your care put Eileen's mind at rest. I hope you realise how much a part of catsey you are - because you are part of Eileen and Leia's life....I hope you may find a moment or two to let us know over the years how she is and of course how you and Christopher are. You are part of us and we of you because of Eileen our friend. Both you and Leia will always hold a special place in my heart. Karen

Re: Carolyn

I would like to add my deepest sympathies to those of my Catsey friends above for the loss of Eileen. I think that you will be able to judge how loved and well respected she was by us all and although we were only her cyber-friends as most of us communicated nearly every day, she felt like a key part of our family.

I am so glad that Leia is being well cared for by you, someone she has known for a long time and hope that you can both take comfort from each other.

If at any time you feel like joining our little community, please know that you would always be welcome.

Re: Carolyn

You lost a very special friend when Eileen passed away, she spoke so highly of you and was so very thankful for your care of Leia when she herself was unable. We on Catsey only knew Eileen online but we too are very grateful for the support and care you gave to our friend in her time of need. Thank you so very much Carolyn.

Re: Carolyn

Eileen will be sadly missed, I considered her a good friend who always in her quiet way gave advice and support. You were a good friend to her and I know she really appreciated you looking after her beloved Leia. Thank you for doing that and I echo you would be so welcome here - even if just to let everyone know how Leia is.
