Morning all Such an exciting day I have lol. I have the dentist in an hour, then have to wait in for my food delivery. Oh joy! It's too cold to go anywhere anyway, brrrr. Have a good day all. |

Morning Shelley, Allex - yes taters here too! OH has gone off to play golf and I've just put the heating back on. Still well bunged up in my head. Lynz - thanks for the advise yesterday. I am taking prescribed decongestants, but they don't seem to be doing much good. But I have dug out my steam inhaler and it's in the dishwasher to have a good clean before I use it. I've had this cold now for a week and want it to go away ..... looks as if Monty and OH will be going to training again without me tonight. Still, Kindle reading is going well. I can keep reading with Monty Bogle sitting on my chest and still turn the pages! Just the ticket. Have a grand day peeps ...... hope you are all smiling  |

hi all, cold dull day here today. usual day at work, got majorly moaned at by a customer this morning who'd booked a diabetes test and i couldnt do it as there was someone in the consult room talking to the pharmacist. she was not happy having to wait 5 mins! angie, sometimes if your taking decongestants for more than 7 days it can cause something called 'rebound congestion', dont know if this apples to you. i dont really like taking the tablets if i can avoid it, halls menthol sweets do a good job too. hope the dentist went ok alex, hope works ok kazz. have a nice dinner shelley. i feel the need for a ben n jerrys ice cream cookie sandwich! |

evening everyone Its been sunny but really cold here today. Had to go to asda after work today and we got a cooked chicken for dinner which was lovely!!! I was really pleased with myself at work as i helped a lovely wee man on the phone today with an issue that wasnt really much to do with me. Im getting training next week as our department is being done away with and we are going to become part of the lending team as they are expanding so new challenges are ahead and hopefully more settled with teh job!!Just relaxing tonight with the cats and rivercity |

Brrrrr was working at Wrest Park today showing someone round the gardens. They are beautiful but my it was cold! Cuddling Smudge for warmth now (or it may be the other way round....) Hope that cold clears soon Angie. Albas/Olbas (sp?) oil really does help me and I steam my head with it when bad. Sounds exciting at work Pamela and horrible at work for you today Lynz.
