Icy WednesdayMorning all, well we managed to get the car out and slide to the gritted road. I got dropped off and skated to the station and the trains are running fine so I am on my way to London. It is very icy out there! The moggies were unimpressed this morning, in fact Madam (aka Smudge) just sat on the sofa and glared at us. Stay safe everyone, stay indoors if you can!

Glad you got off safe and sound cats`staff. It is icey cold here as well don`t think it is going to warm up much either. Have work later so will have to go out in it sometime today and not looking forward to driving around out there. Have a nice but cold day today  x |

A bitterly cold wind out there today, I really thought it was going to snow again. All matches at school have been cancelled as pitches are still frozen (it's always a good 2-3 degrees colder out there in the sticks) so Domi's a bit miffed as he's in the A-team for rubgy. Had a quick meeting with the boys' piano teacher today and she feels Dominik has a real talent; he's about to take his grade 1 exam and is already entered for the grade 2 in June! I smell a music scholarship if this continues  Usual day at the office today for me - am also miffed as OH was late back last night so I couldn't get to pilates  |

Afternoon all - yes, it's bitter here too today and colder with the wind chill. OH has been out twice this morning, walking Monty and just now to the shop, has come home and made sure the log basket is full. I have finished Revelation - exciting right to the end. Now reading a "normal" book - I must go and see whether I fancy any of the recommendations you good folks have given me. Still feeling poorly, not sure anything is going to budge all this glue in my head which has now firmly gone on my chest ..... roll on warmer weather. Have a good day peeps, keep warm and safe. |

It's cold here too but the heating has been on constant so it's nice and warm inside! I went to work this morning and then went home to get some planning done. Need to start getting ready to go to the vets shortly...it's about a 1 hour drive (but the best vet I can find!) |
