It's Mondayyyyyyyy!

Afternoon folks ..... well I gave in and have been to the doctor's this morning and have come back with antibiotics and steroids too. Generally feel not too bad, it's just a rattly wheezy chest and a nasty sounding cough now. I had to cancel another jolly today, I was going to meet a couple of people I work for for a catch up and a coffee but we've arranged another date in a couple of weeks time.

Got the washing machine on and just going to remake the bed, with help from OH and then I have transcription this afternoon.

Take care, have a good day everyone.

Re: spring is around the corner Monday

afternoon catsey people, the morning started off nice and dry so i could get the dogs walked. Managed to walk Kwame past several dogs with his gentle leader on, feel like kissing the inventor
Was going to take a nice pic of Jerry again this morning sitting by the fire. My youngest was tickling his chin and when he moved away Jerry had a long string of drool nearly to the floor. I knew that if i went to wipe it the moment would be lost, so another time.......
Been out to do a bit of banking and found a decent waterproof jacket in the charity shop, it's like new and lovely and yellow
Not sure what to do with the rest of the day, either catch up on ironing, clean the floors or do a photo shoot with my vintage trolls

Re: spring is around the corner Monday

Back to work today! Have just been out to see a client whose office is across the park from us, and will be heading off on the school run in just over an hour. Tennis lesson for Domi tonight so we'll be back late. Still, it'll give me a chance to discuss Sebi's monster tantrum from this morning with him I swear, anyone listening it would think we were skinning him alive . . . and all coz he didn't want to get up and get dressed for schoool!

Silly noddle ended up going in without any breakfast, still he was cheerful as anything when I left

Re: spring is around the corner Monday

Afternoon all, glad you finally took yourself to the doctors Angie x
We had snow yesterday but today was very pleasant and warm.
Dont know if its the time of year or what but I feel very negative about life just now, am sure I'll shake it off sometime but its getting on my nerves.
Have posted in the donations for Eileen thread about a closing date for donations.
If people want to make a donation can they please do so before Feb 29th so I can get everything paid into my account and transfered to Caring for Cats before I go to Crufts and spend the lot.
Thanks all xxx

Re: spring is around the corner Monday

sorry you're feeling a bit negative Elaine. I'm sure this time of the year with it's grotty weather and lack of sunlight doesn't help. Hope you're feeling better soon.
I felt like that a couple of weeks ago, weather, eldest son, naughty dog were all to blame.
Things are getting better but i can aways rely on my son to bring me down again
