wednesdaymorning all, not much to report today. Had a nice time at my parents last night and have found a few more childhood pics which i need to scan. We also enjoyed looking at old birthday/christening etc cards and they were so different then, even the babies looked dated. There was a realy beautiful card with a baby surrounded by pixies and inside it had a similar pop up picture, such detail. looking through the stuff brought back a lot of memories and was a bit sad at times as a lot of family members who sent the cards or wrote the letters are now long gone. Plans for the day, take the dogs out for a run and visit a friend this afternoon. Hope to see some of you at the quiz tonight.

Morning Shelley - those family keepsakes are so lovely and important and deserve to be safely preserved. I'd recommend acid-free wallets. I can let you know of a supplier if you are interested. I have a day's worth of transcription to get started on and so will be busy typing today. OH has just gone out with Monty for a walk. It is overcast here and was a bit foggy earlier. Hi all, another grey (extra) February day. I really feel we shouldn't have to work today! Off to Wrest Park in a bit to meet some teachers. Hope they turn up or there will be an awful lot of cake to get through. Old photos are always a bit sad aren't they? OH bought some back with him after the weekend and there are some lovely family shots I haven't seen before. Have a good day people! |

Morning. Not much to report from here, usual mad weekly rush of school runs, office, school runs, dinners etc. Have a parents' evening tomorrow where I need to put my foot down as I don't think Sebi's being stretched sufficiently. He keeps being given really simple reading books and with me he's reading a good 12 months in advance of the school. Cats all OK, Fifi's at the vet this weekend for a check up and to get more blood pressure tabs but she's very much improved so I'm hoping for pretty much a clean bill of health. |

Evening all struggling slightly to get back into nights.....strange I did not struggle to get into days.  Anyhow here I am again "Hello all" not much to report to be honest; work, sleep with a little food thrown in for good measure. Shelley thats why I try to get pictures "converted" to actually touchable pictures as those I store on the computer rarely get looked at again there is nothing nicer than a photo album or even a box of pictures to flick through. oppps sorry phone....got to go. |

evening everyone, not long in as i met steven at his nanas house after work as she isnt very well just now. Managed to get tomorrow off work aswell to get my car cleared out before it gets traded in on saturday, looking forward tothe quizzy  |

Hiya all, had a really crap day, wont go into it coz I'm too exhausted. Anyway, weather has been really good. Have got Q's ready but just waiting on my dinner being delivered, so might be a wee bit late. |
