thursdaymorning all, just having a quiet five mins before i set off for work. Re Jerry, the vet examined him and tested his urine. He found quite a lot of blood in it and told us that his bladder was swollen and sore, he also mentioned that one of his kidneys was also a little swollen. At this point he wants to try the simplest treatment which is a course of AB's, we are hoping it is a simple infection. Of course we do realise it could be something else. In him self he is eating as well as usual so we will just have to see. I'm anxious now though as we are going away next weekend and he will be in the care of our neighbour. Angie, glad Monty behaved himself.

Morning Shelley and others to come. Poor wee Jerry boy - fingers crossed that it clears up with the anti-bs, healing vibes a-plenty from us. Good to see Velvet posting again - so sorry to hear you've been poorly and I do hope you are feeling a lot better now? Not sure what's on today ..... I started dabbling with my family history stuff yesterday after quite a long break. It's a bit addictive. Just to remind folks that we have postponed the Quiz until next Thursday, so quizzers make sure you spend your free time well!!!!  Have a grand day folks. Just to say - I've just found trying to do the one word daily very difficult! I must be a woman of too many words, so it's a good exercise! |

hi Angie, just you and me at the moment  Back from work, it went ok and was quite enjoyable. Jerry fast asleep in his basket, makes me worry though because i think he should be out in the sun. Just about to take the dogs out for another walk, then i'm going to pick Chris's friends up for tea. I forgot when i invited them that i was going out, whoops. Still will cook their tea before i go for a meal with my cousins. |

Thanks for asking Pamela - I am having major struggles with my father's family and I've sent an email to someone in the Wiltshire Family History Society today to see if I can get a bit of help. Mother's side is much easier to track! |

Hope the anti-b's kick in and Jerry is feeling better very soon. Angie-tracing your family must be really interesting, it's something I've often thought about doing although I'm not sure where to start! Luna looks so chilled, the sunny weather has been a lovely change today, everyone I met seemed so cheerful with the sun shining! |
