sunshine sundayMorning everyone, surprisingly up early this morning!! My folks party was amazing last night, lots of family and friends there to congratulate them on 35 yrs marriage, OH and i were the last to leave with my aunt and uncle and got home at about 230am, slight headache this morning on my part but not to bad thankfully. Its also sunny here so once we are orgainsed, we rae heaidng out for the day in the wee car OH of course is driving!!! hope you all enjoy your sunday x

Good Morning! What a nippy start to the day, frost on the car when I got up. Son and DIL came down from London yesterday but they've already left now to go on to her aunt's in Poole as there's a family thing going on today. I have to say our DIL is positively glowing with pregnancy, no problems at all apart from swelling ankles if she stands for too long. Congratulations to your parents Pamela, glad you all had such a good time at their party. Have a lovely day everyone. Watch out for those April Fool pranksters, there's a good BMW one on page 9 of the Sunday Times  |

Happy Sunday folks. Bright and sunny here but a lot chillier than last weekend and even colder than yesterday. My breathing is not too good - I put it down to the colder weather as I was doing well before. I've been sitting in the sitting room right in the window in the sunshine reading my Kindle this morning which was lovely. Glad your family party went well last night Pamela. Hope you enjoy your drive out today. Hope you all have a grand day whatever you decide to do. (My neighbour bought round a portion of "Herman the German Friendship Cake" this morning ...... sounds like fun, we are going to make the cake and perhaps try to find a sourdough bread recipe too before portioning up and trying to pass on ..... if anyone has a sourdough bread recipe, I'd be very grateful if you could post it in the recipe section.) |

evening all, been out most the day. went to get my hair done, then went to my mums for dinner as its her birthday. quite cold and dull here today, have caved and put the heating on low for a bit. |
