Morning all! Hope all are well and not wishing they hadn't eaten so much chocolate over Easter?

Blue sky here with fluffy white clouds atm. We had a very heavy hailstorm last evening, lightening too - couldn't hear the TV at one point. It's quite chilly this morning, but dry although rain is forecast for this afternoon.

Pip seems to be fine after scaring me a bit over the w/end. He is still drinking from the tap, which he stopped doing when he had his urinary blockage last year, so I am fairly sure that he's OK this time. Kizzy didn't hide under the cat fleece on the bed this morning when Monty jumped up to say goodmorning - I wonder if a tolerance is developing at last?

I think I'm coming down with something I was sooo very tired yesterday that I went to bed early and I felt really cold too, then during the night I woke up absolutely boiling hot. I still feel very tired today so I'm just waiting to see what develops.

Had a reminder this morning that I've got a hygienist appointment tomorrow, good job they phoned as I'd forgotten to put it on the calendar!

We have had a busy few days 'holiday'. Went to see my parents yesterday and had a nice pub lunch with them. Poor Mum is struggling with arthritis but just gets on with life- albeit at a slower pace. We have spent today visiting the local tip as OH has decided he needs a good clear out- I live the high life you know!
I have tried some gardening between showers but as fast as I sow, Tolly digs so it is anyone's guess what will grow where. I'm off to buy some chicken wire tomorrow in an attempt to thwart his attempts to turn the entire garden into his litter tray!
